Follow an I-wonder-where-that-road-goes dirt road through the rolling hills, and explore an unmarked trail.
Result:
A great day to be alive.
A little slice of heaven (with extra frosting)

howdy! what type of dog is sadie? In my future I am hoping to possibly have a dog that could run with me. Today I took my sisters Lab for a walk but when I started to run she did too! LOL she is a big lab and pulled me along lol

ReplyDeleteHi Madeleine, I've been running for about 3 years now and I'm still trying to figure out nutrition and fueling. To me that's the hardest part. My current plan is pretty basic: less soda, less fried food, more fresh veggies and fruits. Working okay so far.
